Terms and Conditions: The full attendance delegate rates include only those items described in the Booking Information sheet. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation up to Wednesday 13 December 2017 a refund of 75% of the Conference fee will be made. The ABO regrets that no refund* will be made available after this date, however a substitute delegate may attend.
* Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management in exceptional circumstances
Insurance: Neither the ABO nor the hotel or Conference venues will accept responsibility beyond that imposed by law for any loss or damage to personal property or any personal injury that might be suffered by anyone attending or connected with the Conference. The ABO reserves the right to make alterations to the programme and speakers without notice.
Full conference places can be shared between two members of staff across the three days of the conference and an administration charge of £75 + VAT will be applied to your booking. Please also note that bookings, in order to accommodate special requirements, will close at 5pm on Wednesday 10 January. After this time any further bookings will be subject to an additional administration charge of £75 + VAT.
