This one-day course – Finance for Non-Finance Managers – is designed for managers who wish to understand financial reporting, both in annual accounts and in management accounts. It aims to demystify those areas which cause non-financial managers the most problems, covering:

• Budgets, phased budgets and cash flows
• Management accounts & projects out-turns
• Annual accounts or financial statements
• Income and expenditure accounts
• Balance sheets
• Capital vs revenue
• Depreciation

Course leader

Maureen McCulloch is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in charities and the arts. She has been a freelance trainer for twelve years, presenting courses for such organisations as the ITC, RABs and the Open University.
