This one-day course – Finance for Non-Finance Managers – is designed for managers who wish to understand financial reporting, both in annual accounts and in management accounts. It aims to demystify those areas which cause non-financial managers the most problems, covering:

Budgets, phased budgets and cash flows
Management accounts & projects out-turns
Annual accounts or financial statements
Income and expenditure accounts
Balance sheets
Capital vs revenue
Depreciation

Course Leader

Maureen McCulloch is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in charities and the arts. She has been a freelance trainer for many years, presenting courses for such organisations as the ITC and AllwaysLearning. She is also an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brooks.
