The day included a presentation from Katy Raines from DixonRaines (www.dixonraines.com ) to talk about the Audience Loyalty Healthcheck and also Tania Noble and Lynette Shanbury from Arts & Business to share feedback from the 'Investing in Culture' survey.
In the afternoon the development managers heard from Andrew Haigh, Head of Strategic Projects, Coutts & Co. on corporate sponsorship and the marketing managers discussed SMS marketing, ambassador schemes and concert programmes.
